Simply preheat the oil until the green ready light comes on, fill the basket with food without overcrowding it, lower the basket into the oil and cover with the lid. When food is finished frying, hook the basket over the oil tank to easily remove excess oil from your food. For easy cleaning, the enamel-coated oil tank, cooking basket and lid are dishwasher safe. For added convenience when you’re frying, the magnetic cord easily detaches from the deep fryer to prevent tipping.
