Good Cook Cheesecloth

Originally used for making cheese, today cheesecloth has a wide variety of uses. Our Good Cook Everyday Cheesecloth is a full two square yards, made from lint-free 100 percent cotton. Use it for straining soup stock or custard, for wrapping herbs before adding them to soup, for butter-blanketing a turkey, or for straining infused oils, vinegars, or cocktails. This food grade cheesecloth is bleached to remove impurities. It’s oven safe to 450 degrees. Cheesecloth can also be used for cleaning and dusting.
