The Atlas 150 pasta machine from Marcato is available in various colours so that it easily fits into any kitchen setting. 3 different types of pasta can be made, namely lasagna sheets, fettuccine (6 mm) and taglierini (1.5 mm). The pasta can be rolled out in different thicknesses, from 0.6 mm to 4.8 mm thanks to the adjustable dial. The pasta machine includes a clamp so that it can be securely attached to the worktop or table. The dough is passed between the rollers with the practical hand crank, rolling out pasta quickly and easily. The machine is made using only the highest quality materials. The rollers are made of an anodised aluminium alloy which ensures that no metal residues remain on the pasta. The pasta machine in Chrome is made entirely out of chrome steel while the coloured pasta machines are made of anodised aluminium. The machines are manufactured and assembled in Italy. Best of all, the slightly roughened surface of the pasta thus rolled out remains slightly porous and allows sauces to stick more easily.
