Goodcook AirPerfect Non-Stick Cookie Sheets are designed to ensure a perfect bake every time with a durable non-stick surface. These insulated sheets heat more evenly than traditional bakeware, having a pocket of air that circulates heat. Hot air circulates between two layers to ensure even heating and no scorching. A textured bottom surface heats up quicker while retaining moisture to prevent the top sheet from overheating. Made of durable carbon steel, these sheets can be used for dinners, cookies, and other desserts. The medium pan measures 14 x 12 in. and the large pan measures 16 x 14 in.
