This mandoline slicer from Oxo features an easy-to-adjust slider for the thickness adjustment, julienne slicing, and storage. The slicer has 3 different thickness settings (1/16 / 1.8mm, 1/8 / 3.2mm, and 1/4 / 6.4mm). The mandoline slicer has angled blades that easily slice through the most delicate fruits like tomatoes. A soft, non-slip grip and non-slip feet provide both comfort and stability. The legs fold and the blades lock in closed position for compact and safe storage. The slicer comes with a spring loaded food holder that advances foods automatically during slicing and indicates when the food is completely sliced, providing you with minimal waste. The Oxo mandoline slicer has a comfortable grip that also keeps your fingers away from the cutting blade, is dishwasher safe, and comes in a gift box.
