Description
The heavy-duty exterior aluminum layer offers quick and even heating and is finished with a matte silicone polyester finish in vivid red. The cookware’s interior is non-reactive 18/8 stainless steel which offers the widest range of versatility for everything from searing to simmering to sauteing. Interior capacity markings make it easy to measure ingredients when cooking. An embedded stainless steel induction plate in the base of the pans enables this set to be used on all cooktops and the high-heat-safe finish is oven-safe to 450F so you are almost unlimited in the cooking methods you can use with this set. Stay-cool stainless steel handles are riveted to the pans to provide a lifetime of reliable service. The set includes an 8″ fry pan, a 10″ fry pan, a 2Qt saucepan with lid, a 3Qt saucepan with lid, a 5Qt Dutch oven with lid, a 3.5Qt Sauté pan with lid and helper handle, and a steamer insert that fits the 3Qt saucepan.
